Apprenticeship Program
Eligible Bread Financial associates can apply for a six-month opportunity to explore a new area of business. This program is designed to help associates broaden their experience and seamlessly transition into new roles within the organization.
Stretch opportunities
Current Bread Financial associates who are eligible can apply to support a project or business need outside of their daily role. These assignments typically last three to six months and support associates in growing their skillsets, while driving business results.
Flex Experiences
This initiative enables current Bread Financial associates who are eligible to contribute 10 hours per week to short-term projects outside their functional area for up to six months.
Development Community
Associates have access to an internal platform to learn new skills, join discussions about growth and support each other’s development. Learning Champions, who are experts in key areas, lead and guide the community.
Early career programs
Internship ProgramOur 12-week U.S. Summer Internship program provides paid, hands-on experience in the financial services industry. Our interns are immersed in our business, working alongside industry experts on meaningful projects that drive our company forward, all in a collaborative environment.
Pathways ProgramA one-year rotation program for recent college graduates to explore different career paths and business areas. Participants gain hands-on experience across various teams and receive personalized support to help them transition into the workplace.

Our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are open to all associates and provide personal and professional development to enhance traditional company offerings as part of our inclusion and belonging program.
